Jessica Milligan

Jessica Milligan's transformation before and after weight loss.

Hi Anna. I hope you are well. I just wanted to check in with you as it’s been almost 8 months. I am doing really well. The whole process was not hard for me, and I had no psychological issues dealing with food. I did not get sick at all, I haven’t thrown up once, and only overate 1 time where i felt very uncomfortable. I can feel myself getting full and know not to push it.

I am drinking lots of protein shakes and taking vitamins. I lost 60 lbs in about 5 months, then kind slacked off for a few months being more lax with my food choices. After staying around the same weight, I know that my weight can go back up if I don’t make the right food choices.

I opened a yoga studio in May and have been doing ALOT of yoga, but just started training in the gym and really working out a few weeks ago. And even though my weight had stayed around the same for a few months, I was still gaining muscle and losing fat. I’m at 161 right now, having started at 226.
I will be training hard all winter and plan to have a 6 pack etc by the spring. I am eating very well, feel strong and the best I have ever felt.

I’ve attached some pics from 2/18/18 and then 10/4/18. I haven’t taken measurements, but started at a 16/18 and am now a 6/8. I’m between a small and a medium, but can finally fit size small clothes and am able to shop now, esp for workout clothes.
It’s all very exciting. I don’t regret my decision and believe having the sleeve surgery was the best decision I’ve made in my life. If you’d like I am open for a testimonial or anything your organization may need. Please forward this message to Dr.Perez and let me know if I can help in any way.
