For bariatric surgery, typically 2 nights in the hospital and 1 night in a hotel. For plastic surgery, the stay varies by procedure.
You don't navigate the city on your own. A private driver takes you from the airport to the hospital, to the hotel and back, and your coordinator stays in touch throughout your trip.
