Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2026
Company: Renew Bariatrics, Inc.
Program: GLP Telehealth Weight Management Program

1. General No Refund Policy

All payments made to Renew Bariatrics, Inc. for the GLP Telehealth Weight Management Program are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing by Renew Bariatrics, Inc.

By enrolling in the GLP Program, submitting payment, completing intake forms, scheduling or attending a telehealth consultation, requesting prescription processing, or otherwise using the program services, you acknowledge and agree that fees paid to Renew Bariatrics, Inc. are not refundable.

2. Telehealth and Administrative Services

The GLP Program may include administrative support, intake review, coordination, eligibility screening, telehealth access, provider review, prescription coordination, patient communication, and related program services.

Once any portion of these services has begun, including but not limited to intake review, provider review, prescription processing, pharmacy coordination, or patient onboarding, the payment is considered earned and is not refundable.

3. Prescription Medication Orders

Prescription medications, including GLP medications, compounded medications, or other medications prescribed through the program, are not eligible for refund once the prescription has been submitted, ordered, processed, prepared, shipped, dispensed, or otherwise transmitted to a pharmacy or fulfillment partner.

Prescription medications generally cannot be returned, reused, or resold once ordered for an individual patient due to pharmacy regulations, safety standards, and patient protection requirements.

4. No Refunds for Provider Determinations

Enrollment in the GLP Program does not guarantee that a licensed provider will determine that GLP medication is medically appropriate for you.

If a provider determines that you are not a candidate for GLP medication, requires additional medical information, recommends a different treatment plan, or declines to prescribe medication based on medical judgment, you are not entitled to a refund unless Renew Bariatrics, Inc. determines otherwise in writing.

Medical decisions are made by licensed healthcare providers based on your intake information, medical history, eligibility, safety considerations, and applicable clinical standards.

5. No Refunds for Patient Delay, Non-Response, or Incomplete Information

Refunds will not be issued if your care is delayed, paused, or unable to proceed because you:

Do not complete required intake forms.

Do not provide accurate medical history.

Do not respond to provider or program communications.

Do not complete requested lab work, documentation, identification, or medical clearance.

Miss a scheduled consultation.

Provide incorrect shipping, contact, or payment information.

Change your mind after enrollment.

Decide not to continue with the program.

Do not use the services after payment.

6. No Refunds for Medication Side Effects or Treatment Results

Renew Bariatrics, Inc. does not guarantee any specific weight loss result, health outcome, medication tolerance, dosage schedule, medication availability, or treatment timeline.

Refunds will not be issued due to:

Lack of weight loss.

Slower than expected results.

Side effects.

Medication intolerance.

Change in treatment plan.

Provider-directed dosage changes.

Personal decision to stop medication.

Preference for a different medication.

Dissatisfaction with results.

Any medical concern should be discussed with the treating provider. Stopping medication or changing dosage should only be done under medical guidance.

7. Pharmacy, Shipping, and Fulfillment Issues

Renew Bariatrics, Inc. may coordinate with third-party pharmacies, telehealth providers, laboratories, or fulfillment partners. Renew Bariatrics, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by pharmacies, shipping carriers, lab processing, supply shortages, weather, incorrect patient information, regulatory changes, or third-party operational issues.

If there is a pharmacy or shipping issue, Renew Bariatrics, Inc. may assist in seeking correction, replacement, reshipment, or other resolution when appropriate. However, such issues do not automatically entitle the patient to a refund.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel future participation in the GLP Program by notifying Renew Bariatrics, Inc. in writing at:

info [at] renewbariatrics.com

Cancellation stops future services only. Cancellation does not create a refund right for amounts already paid, services already initiated, or medications already ordered, processed, dispensed, or shipped.

If the GLP Program includes recurring billing, cancellation must be submitted before the next billing date. Renew Bariatrics, Inc. is not responsible for refunding charges that occur before a cancellation request is received and processed.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By enrolling in the GLP Program, you agree to contact Renew Bariatrics, Inc. directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Improper chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services, cancellation of future program access, collection activity, and submission of documentation to the payment processor showing your agreement to this Refund Policy.

10. Limited Exceptions

Renew Bariatrics, Inc. may, in its sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund only in exceptional circumstances. Any refund exception must be approved in writing by Renew Bariatrics, Inc.

An exception granted in one situation does not waive Renew Bariatrics, Inc.’s right to enforce this Refund Policy in any other situation.

11. No Transfer of Fees

Program payments, credits, services, prescriptions, and medication orders are personal to the enrolled patient and may not be transferred to another person unless approved in writing by Renew Bariatrics, Inc.

12. Agreement to Policy

By submitting payment, enrolling in the GLP Program, completing intake forms, attending a telehealth consultation, or requesting prescription processing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

You further acknowledge that the GLP Program involves medical judgment, third-party pharmacy fulfillment, and individualized treatment decisions, and that payments are generally non-refundable.
