Here is the process to start your journey!
To be approved for surgery your Patient Coordinator and medical team, including the surgeon, must first review your Health Questionnaire.
Once your application is complete, schedule a review. Your coordinator will inform you of your specific instructions and any special requirements. Once approved, your Patient Coordinator checks the calendar for availability and provides you with a date for your surgery.
Simply pay your deposit to reserve your spot with the surgeon and facility. (Note: Dates are limited, to hold a date a deposit must be placed.)
