Here is the process to start your journey!
To hold a date and be approved for surgery your Patient Coordinator and medical team, including the surgeon, must first review your Health Questionnaire.
Once your application is complete, schedule a review. Your coordinator will inform you of your specific instructions and any special requirements. Once approved, your Patient Coordinator checks the calendar for availability and provides you with a date for your surgery.
Simply pay your deposit to reserve your spot with the surgeon and facility. (Note: Dates are limited, to hold a date a deposit must be placed.)

I had the surgery on May 11, 2022 and ever since then I’ve come to realize that there is so much in life that I am finally capable of doing that I never thought I could. In example, just the small things like riding rollercoasters and not being squeezed very tig when looking in the mirror.
