Bariatric Surgery In Mexico: COVID-19​

Renew Bariatrics no longer has requirements for vaccination or COVID testing for entry. Any patient or companion exhibiting signs of illness may not be permitted entry or may be subject to testing.

Please inform us immediately if you or your companion have any signs of illness such as fever, chills, cough, soar throat, loss of taste or smell. Undergoing bariatric surgery or anesthesia with COVID could be life threatening.

This policy aligns with federal and local policies, COFEPRIS – Mexico Ministry of Health, as wells as global standards including ASA and APSF Statement on Perioperative Testing for the COVID-19 Virus.
